We are excited to present Eat Goodstuff, a cookbook with over 40 recipes that we created from over many years of preparing meals together, inspired by of a love of cooking!
This book includes a wide variety of delicious recipes including main dishes, side dishes, rubs & marinades and desserts, ranging from moderate in complexity to extremely easy. There is a special section of the cookbook, set to a 50’s diner theme, dedicated to Grandma Goodstuff, who taught us early in life how to prepare simple, comforting meals on a tight budget and includes recipes we still cook today, that were lovingly inspired by her.
The book contains over 45 (8 ½ by 11) wire-o bound pages of matte interior with a gloss front and back cover.
All main dishes include a picture of the completed dish and all recipes include the ingredients, cooking instructions, preparation time and yield. In addition to our favorite recipes, this book also provides instructions for converting items prepared by grill or smoker to the oven or stovetop, a conversion chart from standard to metric for ease of measurements and temperatures, some random tips to enhance or switch up the recipes and certain recipes have a short background story of how we came up with the dish. We hope you enjoy preparing these dishes as much as we have and we thank you for helping us share our love of food with you!

About The Goodstuffs
About Goodstuff:
When I was growing up, I remember standing next to my mother while she prepared dinner, helping her while also getting to snack on ingredients in the process. It’s one of my greatest memories of my mom. All of these years later, Mrs. Goodstuff and I frequently stand next to each other in the kitchen preparing food, snacking on ingredients, and sharing good conversation. I never realized back then, helping mom while she was cooking, that I was already learning and cultivating a love for the culinary arts. It was in my mid-20s, after I became a chef while living in Florida that I realized how much I love creating, and cooking. I worked in restaurants from age 15-32 with numerous different positions in the kitchen and I spent 2 years as a chef. After making a decision to find work that had more stable hours and better benefits to support my family, I left the restaurant business permanently. Although, I miss the atmosphere at times, not having a restaurant occupation allows me to cook, grill, BBQ, and smoke more at home which has nurtured and renewed my love of creativity in the kitchen. I hope this book inspires you to discover, continue, or renew your sense of culinary creativity.
About Mrs. Goodstuff:
Like Goodstuff, I worked in restaurants starting at a very young age. It was one of the few places that would hire someone my age so my very first job was in a diner working the salad bar. I stayed in restaurant work through my teen years and early 20s, working both “front of the house” and “back of the house”, depending on where I was working; however, that didn’t inspire my creative cooking so much as when I met Goodstuff’s mom and became part of the family. She was always cooking big meals for family gatherings; serious good food that I’d never had before and I started asking about every meal that I tried and loved and she began sharing those with me. Over the years, Goodstuff and I started cooking together more and more, especially after the kids grew up. We started taking weekend vacations together to log cabins and dedicated our time to nothing but peace and quiet, nature, and good food. A lot of the recipes we added to this book were created from Goodstuff and I laughing, telling each other stories, cooking and spending quality time with each other. Each recipe in this book has a specific memory attached to it and has inspired us to share our love of cooking with others. Food brings people together and we hope it does the same for you.

I just wanted to stop by and say how fantastic the site is. The Goodstuffs nailed this project, and Ray’s site is seamless. This is some good stuff. 10/10.
Thank you so much! It means a lot.
